Which countries do you ship to?

You can find a list of countries we ship to here. If your country is not listed, please send an email to claypaky@holfeldershop.de We will then check whether shipping is possible. We do not ship to countries subject to sanctions.

Please note: Due to the unpredictable customs policy of the US government and the associated restrictions imposed by the shipping carriers, we have stoped shipping to the United States until further notice.

You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please use the cancellation form for this purpose. Send it to claypaky@holfeldershop.de and specify which items and how many you wish to return. We will send you a return note. This must be enclosed with the return shipment so that we can assign it to your order. 

Please note: The buyer bears the return shipping costs. Customized items can not be returned.

Yes, items with a personalisation are excluded from returns, because we can not sell it to other customers.
The swag of Claypaky is preproduced and normally in stock. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within a few days. In addition, the shipping time depends on the destination country. Die ungefähren Laufzeiten der Versandzonen findest Du hier.
If you are logged in, in "Your Account" you find the option "addresses". Here you can change or add your invoice or billing address.

To ensure secure payments, we work with Mollie as our reliable payment service provider. Mollie offers various payment options such as credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

We use a closed warehouse-system in which every item movement requires a transaction. To receive an item in a different size that does fit, please return the item in the incorrect size and we will issue a credit note. You can then order the item in the correct size in a new order.
By clicking on "[Agree / Accept all / etc.]" you also give your consent to the disclosure of your behavior in our store to our partner, shopware AG (Ebbinghoff 10, 48624 Schöppingen, Germany), which cannot assign this data to you personally, but may process it for its own purposes (e.g. product improvements, market behavior analyses).
